Zaandam and refurbishment?

I read somewhere that the Zaandam is going in to dry dock for refurbishing sometime next year. We are booked on this ship over New Years. I am wondering what kind of condition the ship is in if it is going in for refurbishing? Anyone been on it lately?

ok this isn't recent, but i was on the zaandam last july and at that time she was in great condition. i didn't see any problems with her at all.

The Zaandam isn't scheduled for a dry dock until Dec 17 - 22, 2005.

 

That is a long way off.

 

Did she have the Neptune Lounge added on?

 

I know she has the Marco Polo ( ate there many times) before it changed over to the Pinnacle Grill at the Marco Polo.

I have read from some of the more experienced HAL cruisers that the Zaandam won't have the Neptune installed until the long drydock next year, not the short yard visit.
