? about the free resturant that you have to make reservations for..(Spirit)

You can generally make the restaurant reservations at the Front Desk. You don't necessarily need them, but they may be full if you are planning on going at a time that is generally more popular than others. That's why it may make sense to make a reservation even for these restaurants.

La Trattoria (Italian cuisine) is the included, alternative restaurant on the Spirit. You can make a reservation in the main atrium on embarkation day (they set up a reservations desk there). Or you can use your cabin phone. Since it's an included restaurant, it books up fairly fast. It requires reservations because it has fairly limited seating - it's actually part of the buffet, cordoned off every night and converted to La Trattoria.
