Can someone provide example what is typically on the plat de resistance?

 

It is a kiosk. You walk up, place your order, it is prepared and given to you, you carry it away.

I am sorry to be a pain but I still can't tell what may be on the plat de resistance? Is is a baked fish, fried fish, shrimp, clams. etc???? All of these, none of these??

 

I love this kind of food and just want some specifics to look forward too.

 

Anyone that would love to give additional info like Salty dingo did?? Else I'll do so on in my trip report in 3 months.
