Old Island Princess Skagway Crash

In 1991 ( I think) the older and smaller Island struck The Regent Sea while docking in Skagway. Does anyone remember? Were you on board? Do you know the outcome of the law suit? We had to testify as saw the whole thing as well as having photos we took.

Don't remember that incident.

I do recall when HAL's old Prinsendam burned and sunk in Alaska. Had friends on that trip.

Also remember when P&O's Oriana (old, not new) collided with the USN aircraft carrier Kearsarge, off Long Beach in heavy fog.

Also Golden Princess 1 had an engine room fire on the way to Alaska from San Francisco. I think she got a tow into Victoria before they disembarked all the passengers.
