Welcome to Cruise Critic. Be careful though, it came become addicting!

Go to the bottom of this page where it says "Forum Jump". You will find a section on Ports of Call that will answer some questions. There is also a section called Cruise Discussion Topics that covers things like family cruising and first time cruisers. Finally, there is a roll call section where you can look for your cruise and meet others on your ship. Near the top of the Carnival page you will also find a search function. These should all help you find what you're looking for.

St Thomas is one of those places you can grab a taxi and do the "beach thing" on your own if you are interested. Coki's is a small beach. It is never hard to find taxis to come back.

My youngest is a grilled cheese "expert". (that is how he rates the local restaurants) But he usually turns into the "pizza man" when we get onboard. With the Victory having a deli, I am sure that a grilled cheese would not be a problem for them!

No trip to St. Thomas is fun unless you take the kids to Coral World!!! It is amazing, I just went back to St. Thomas for summer vacation after visiting on a cruise and it is so much fun. It sits next to Coki Beach for some swimming afterwords. It is like a smaller sea world. Ideal for kids.
