What are the best non-ship tour guides?

I have read that a lot of people use non-ship tour guides and want to know who you would use.

I have been looking into a company called http://www.shoretrips.com they seem to have better prices and smaller groups. I cannot say I have any experience but that is what I have found.

Chez Norris (Dani and Norris) at gottalife@caribsurf.com. They offer excellent, reasonably-priced and knowledgeable van or 4x4 tours of the island. Small groups only. Tours generally include a beach BBQ cooked by Norris.

Mandoo was outstanding! we had a tour with him last week along with 2 other couples from these message boards and we all agrees he is as great if not better than everyone states!

defiantly one of the best tours I have ever had!
