Rain on our parade

It looks like there is a chance of rain all week in the Southern Caribbean next week. Is that normal? Is it like Florida: rain-sun-rain-sun all day?

Yes is normal and Yes and No about if there will be rain and how much. Tropical rains can be very short lived, on and off showers all day, heavy downpours, or may never materialize. :)

Jon -- it's the tropics. There's almost always the chance of rain. Unless there's a storm system, it'll rain for a while then sunshine the rest of the time.

when we did the southern route last december, we were gone a total of 10 days....it only rained once-for about 10 minutes right before we boarded our ship....

 

if it does rain, chances are it will be short lived.....then bright and sunny again!!
