Flight Times

A while back someone had a list of Carnival recommened post cruise fllight times, can anyone tell me were I could find it,we have an 11:45 post cruise flight out of Tampa next week aug 20th, I thought Carnival recommended booking flights after 11:30. Thank you for any info you could give us

With that flight time I would go to the Pursers Desk when you board and get the color tags for the first group off or do the self debark (you carry your own luggage off). As long as you make it to port on time and clear customs you should be able to make that flight. The airport is about 20 min from the cruise port. Having said that, I wouldn't book a flight out of Tampa until late afternoon/early evening. Of the three times we've cruised out of Tampa we've only made it back on time once (the first time). Because the ship has to navigate the channel if there are high winds, fog, adverse weather, etc. you can be delayed. The port will hold your luggage for you until 4 pm and there is a shopping/movie theater/restaurant area at the pier, or the aquarium is right next door and they also have facilities to hold your luggage.
