I've been looking for mention of this group cruise and can't find any reference at all. Is this still a group cruise?

 

What's the latest news about it?

sail, your group cruise is still there. There is a group board specifically for your cruise. It hasn't had any activity lately, but it's there.

I'm still toying with the idea of taking the cruise, so I check that board every day.

We, my sister and I, are very interested in this cruise, but are in the middle of arranging two others right now. I'm not sure that my heart could stand having three booked all at once.

 

So, hold a place for us, Maasdam Mariners. We'll book eventually.:p

I think it's inactive because so few have signed up for it. As you get more joining the cruise, I'm sure it will gear up. Always a good idea to start a thread from time to time reminding people who may not know about it.

As much as I want to go, I'm going to have to wait until at least the first of the year to make a decision, and probably not be able to commit until the first of March.

Great Information:

 

Read your recent, extensive post on MAASDAM and it sound interesting.

 

My friend is going on this cruise this coming Saturday and I thought I would

give her a copy of the highlights of your cruise. This will be her first time on a Canadian Cruise; second on the MAASDAM.

I feel that half the fun of any trip is the time one spends planning and mapping out the itinerary.

 

I like the idea you have of leaving from Boston - with return back to Boston.

We too, live in Boston. Have not done 14 days though.

We have done N.E./Canada cruise - Once on the Rotterdam, but we terminated in Montreal even though the cruise was 10 days (We went to Newfoundland and St Pierre - stayed a night in Quebec City)2001

Also did RCCI Jewel of the Seas in 2004. Sauguaney and Quebec City are beautiful.

 

Thinking about next year and a cruise is definately on our list.

Have returned from our 6th Alaskan cruise in June on Celebrity Infinity.

 

Maybe we will try east coast this round???? NE/Canada not Caribbean..

Have the rates been set as yet?
