Hi

I have decided to take my 7 yr old DD on a quick vacation and because of school only RCCL SOS is available for the right days so she won't miss any school. What kinds of activities are in the kids area? We sailed SOS 5 yrs ago with her but I guess she (SOS) has changed. Economically and time wise SOS is our best choice and my DD really wants a cruise. What I guess I'm asking is are their enough activities for a 7 yr old to stay busy? Also what would an inside cabin be like? We have never had an inside before. TIA!

We sailed Sovereign in April with 2 9yo's. They had plenty to do in Adventure Ocean. Of course it was Easter time, so lots of kids on vacation. Can't help with the room, we had a Superior Ocean View. Enjoy the cruise...wish I could go too!!!

I have looked at the Adventure Ocean program on the Monarch of the Seas, as she does the same 3 day, 4 day program as the Sovereign. She will have no problem keeping occupied........and you will have a bit of "alone time" for more adult activities if you wish.
