Sailing Solo Zaandam 12/10/06

Is there anyone else out there taking this cruise? Interested in meeting new people who cruise alone.

I have cruised solo on HAL 3 times in the past 2 years, and they are wonderful to solo cruisers. They have get-togethers, and are good about seating you with other solo cruisers in the dining room. That has been my experience on HAL. Although, I am very happily married I sometimes cruise solo, and I love solo cruising on HAL. They also have a reasonable solo supplement, unlike RCI and Celebrity that runs typically 200%. Have a wonderful cruise.

I wish I was! It is a gorgeous ship, I truly loved it. I'm looking into my first solo cruise on HAL next fall - I can't wait.

I sailed solo last Dec on the Oosterdam for 5 days and it was very nice. This time it is for 10, the longest cruise I have taken, just hope to meet some of the people from CC on the ship.
