seattle--is there still a trolley

Is there still a waterfront trolley near the pier?

We live about an hour north of Seattle. I read that the waterfront trolley had been discontinued due to some construction, no word if it has restarted, or will restart. Last two times I drove in that neighborhood, I didn't see it running.

No, it's not running at this time. We just spent 3 post cruise nights in Seattle and some sections of the trolley track have been asphalted over. Supposedly they are building a new repair facility for the trolley. At this time, they have a "free" bus that's taken the Trolley's place. It's a very poor substitute for the trolley and isn't worth setting foot on IMO.
