recommendations-Blinys/cafe on Nevsky-St. Pete

I know there are blini kiosks around, anybody recommend a small cafe (outside/inside) that would serve bliny/ bowl of borscht, etc...light snacks/lunches?)...We are eating at Stolle Pie one day, and thought a bliny lunch (especially filled with caviar) would be ideal our last day in St. Pete, while we are browsing Nevsky Prospekt....

The bliny kiosks, do people walk around in the streets eating these - like we will eat a slice of pizza or hotdog while walking/shopping?
