Fishfindergirl Posted October 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2006 We are thinking of doing a B2B in January on the grand can any one tell me how this works? We will not have the same room because it is already booked for the second week.
chrysalis Posted October 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 3, 2006 if, by sailing time, you can not have the same cabin for both cruises, your room steward will help you move your stuff....and you will be given new sailing cards (key and charge card) before the new cruise ends. It is a painless exercise.
spongerob Posted October 3, 2006 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2006 When we did it, it was very easy. You'll get instructions about what to do on turnaround day a couple days before the first cruise ends. The only strange part was that we had to walk off the ship in a group with the other passengers staying on board, go past immigration under an officer's escort, then return to the ship. The best part is the feeling you get when you DON'T have to put your bags out when everyone else does. It's a good feeling. :)
Fishfindergirl Posted October 3, 2006 Author #4 Share Posted October 3, 2006 We have the call in to the TA. I am excited I just wish he would let us know if it is going to happen. Thanks again. Will the shows be the same?

Will the shows be the same? Menus and shows were the same for us. It was interesting on our Tahitian B2B, the show troupe (singers and dancers) changed and we saw the same shows with different performers. Needless to say the 2nd group was not as good as the first.
