I just want to make sure I fill it out correctly.:rolleyes: I'm sure someone on this board has experience with this LOL.

#4 Nationality: Do I put US Citizen or American?

#8 Port of Embarkation: Do I put New York?

#11 Intended address in Bahamas?

#12 Type of Accomodations? :confused:

#13 Intended length of stay? :confused:

Nationality - United States

 

Port of Embarkation - Nassau (if that's where you're getting off)

 

Intended Address - (Name of the Cruise Ship)

 

Type of accomodations - cruise ship

 

Intended Length of Stay - the date and number of hours scheduled in port

 

(Above is the way we completed the form last year.)

Probably stupid question....but why one day length of stay?....Aren't we in Bahamas for a couple days?....different parts, but still Bahamas.....???:confused:

You could put 1 night :D Not a big deal 1 day, 1 night, 2 days, 36 hours any answer will do. Do you think they read these cards;)
