Speciality restaurants on Miracle?

Sorry for this very basic question, but does the Carnival Miracle have any specialty restaurants that charge extra? If so, what are they and how much do they charge per person? Thanks.

Nick and Nora's and it is $30.00 pp, not including tip.

We did not partake a few weeks ago but heard lots of good things about it.

 

They do a display in the Atrium Bar to showcase their "steaks" etc and I can't imagine every being able to eat that much.
