Seattle hotels near airport?

We are cruising to Alaska next June arriving back in Vancouver. It looks like it would be more cost effective to fly back to Chicago via Seattle. So we are thinking about taking one of the shuttles to Seattle and then stay overnight. Does anyone have any suggestions for a Seattle hotel that would be convenient to the airport there? Thanks in advance for any help.

The Doubletree at SeaTac is pretty good and often can be gotten very cheap on Priceline or one of the other bidding sites. Also the Hilton is nice. Be sure to stick with a name-brand hotel, some of the non-name-brand ones are really dumpy and/or popular among the "ladies" who pick up "clients" in that area.

I liked the Hampton Inn. Free airport shuttle and a decent breakfast included.

I heard there was a great Holiday Inn right near the airport with a Denny's close by.;)

Hampton and Doubletree are good mid-price bets. Just stay away from the Days Inn - what a dive!
