Port or Starboard Cabin for Jewel?

No matter which side I've had the pleasure to be on, I've always enjoyed the ports whether looking inland or out to sea. If you want a really great view, go for the stern.

Shoreguy has posted some great photos from the stern. I always sit on the balcony when pulling into or out of port when I have a stern cabin.

You will love the Jewel!

I'm sure some will disagree, but for me personally...looking at your itinerary, I would get a cabin port side. I pick this because of the way you should be sailing by the islands when at sea in the morning & evening. To me this is more important, because when I'm in port, I'm usually on the island. On your itinerary, we've only sailed to St. Thomas and it was with HAL, so I can't comment on how NCL will pull into port on that island. All I can say is, really no matter what side you end up on, you're going to have exceptional views to enjoy from your balcony. :D
