Grand Princess - request egg crate ahead of time

Is it possible to request the egg crate mattresses ahead of time? I went to Special Requests and Onboard Preferences on the Cruise Personalizer and didn't see the option listed.

 

We are sailing January 20, so it might be too late, but I thought it was worth a shot!

If you do a search on the forum, you will find a fax number and an email address to do this, but it doesn't gurantee anything, but it has worked for many.

Hi You can request an egg crate mattress topper from Customer Service on the Princess web site. Just phone them and I think their fax # must be there too. Or you can request one from your cabin steward when you first see him or her. I think they help until Princes replaces all their mattresses and bedding. Have a great time - I'll be on the Grand March 17 Can't wait!
