ylojerseygirl Posted February 3, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2007 Hola! We are interested in ideas for what to do in PV later in the day and early evening. We are in port until around 9pm, and there are only two ship excursions later in the day. We are doing Los Veranos in the morning. Thank you for any information and all ideas in advance! natesfirewife Posted March 1, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2007 Go to the Blue Shrimp for dinner. They have awesome Coconut / Garlic / Tequila / or you name it shrimp. It can be a little expensive but we have never left there hungry and it's great food/atmosphere.
gottago2mexico Posted March 4, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2007 If you're thinking excursions, I would recommend a sunset cruise. More laid back and relaxing is sunset sailing on a sailboat. More party-oriented is the Pirates of the Bay on the pirate ship. Fireworks, pirate show, etc. No kids. The most popular night-time activity is probaby Rhythms of the Night, where you are taken to Las Caletas for a torchlit dinner on the beach and a rhythmic pre-hispanic show. Nice sunset cruise on the way there, party boat on the way back. You could also attend a Mexican Fiesta like La Iguana or the one at Hotel Krystal. The Geronimo Catamaran does a Lobster Dinner Cruise. You can also just go to dinner somewhere and a bar afterward in town - lots of great restaurants to try. Hope this helps, have fun! OldCodger73 Posted March 5, 2007 #4 Share Posted March 5, 2007 Dinner in town is an option as there are many enjoyable restaurants in PVR. Afterwards, take a stroll on the Malécon.
