Buffet Closing Time On Celebrity Ships

The last time we were on a Celebrity ship the buffet closed around dinner time.Do they still do this,if so,at what time?Do they open up after dinner?The ship was the Galaxy in 2004.We always liked Celebrity,but this didn't give us much of a dining choice.We don't use the extra pay restaurants.Thanks

Buffet will generally close around 2:30 to 3:00p.m. There is no buffet for dinner fleetwide although there are some indications there may be a buffet on the Journey or Quest. Buffet does not open up after dinner. There are a lot of dinner options.

The buffet is only open for breakfast and lunch. The buffet closes around 2:30 or 3pm and reopens for tea time 4-5pm.

For dinner, besides the dining room, there is alternative casual dining in the buffet area (for a $2 charge- reservations needed), a pasta station, a pizza station, sushi bar, and of course room service from the dining room menu during dining hours. On the M-class ships there is also food served during early evening in the spa cafe.
