KeystoneCruiser Posted February 6, 2007 #4 Share Posted February 6, 2007 Dr. Pepper is bottled by different companies in different areas of the country. Here in Ohio, the 7-UP bottling company has the rights to make and sell Dr. Pepper, while in another part of the country, Pepsi has the right to sell and bottle Dr. Pepper. The best bet is for your family to bring a case of Dr. Pepper with them on board. It is allowed. You can even affix a luggage tag to the case and turn it in with your checked luggage and it will appear at your door with the rest of you luggage! Cosmopolitan Posted February 8, 2007 #5 Share Posted February 8, 2007 If you can't travel with it via airlines, perhaps you can purchase it when you arrive in Hawaii and tag it for the ship with one of your luggage tags;)

JillLynn Posted February 8, 2007 #7 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Can you put your beverages in a suitcase, or should you not conceal them?
johnql Posted February 8, 2007 #8 Share Posted February 8, 2007 Can you put your beverages in a suitcase, or should you not conceal them? The only problem with having soda cans in your checked luggage is that on the x-ray they will look like beer cans, so there's a chance that the bag will be held in the "naughty" room for you to pick up after showing them that the cans are only soda. If you put the cans in your carry-on, there won't be a problem. Or, if you're bringing on a case that is fully shrink-wrapped or sealed somehow, some people just slap a label on it with their cabin info. It ends up getting delivered along with the rest of your bags.
