jrask Posted July 28, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2004 I've read that electrical outlets are limited and that I should bring a power strip and/or multi-plug adapter. Before I lug along the power strip, I want to confirm that the outlet accepts a 3-pronged plug. (You can't imagine the lifelong ridicule I'll get if I bring a powerstrip and they have 2-prong outlets. As it is, I'll be made fun of until we are onboard and necessity proves me correct.) I'll be on the Island Princess if that makes a difference.
srphnx Posted July 28, 2004 #2 Share Posted July 28, 2004 The outlets are grounded (3 prong)
WazAnOkie Posted July 28, 2004 #3 Share Posted July 28, 2004 Yes, the outlets have all been 3 prong outlets. And since there are not many outlets, the six outlet strip I take along has been great for the battery chargers of the cameras, etc.
Coolmama_1 Posted July 28, 2004 #4 Share Posted July 28, 2004 We were on the Golden recently and there was a 2 outlet plug at the desk beside the bed. We had brought a power strip and extention cord but never unpacked them. DH uses a C-Pap machine and we needed a plug for the camera. It was never a problem
