jsiegel Posted March 3, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2007 Just wondering if they let down the aft marina only for the one scheduled "marina day" or whenever anchored and sea conditions are calm enough. We anchor in St. Martin, St Bart's and Virgin Gorda (that's the marina day) Larger memory card for my camera purchased, suitcases out of the closet, airport shuttle scheduled, we're ready to go!!! SantaAna,CA Posted March 5, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2007 On my cruise to the southern Caribbean in December, we could not have a marina day due to the condition of the sea...in fact we couldn't even come into the scheduled port in Tobago, we had to go to another one all together. A cruise earlier also had their marina day cancelled for the same reasons. As Seabourn's brochure points out, they can do the marina day "only if conditions permit". And, as far as I know, they do not use it any other time than when the itinerary has it listed. Jane :)
