Late Flight out of Tampa

We have a 6pm flight out of Tampa. Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do with luggage after we get off the ship? Can the luggage be checked early at the airport? We are not to thrilled about spending 7 hours at the Tampa airport.

Did you call the airlines and ask? We had the same thing in 2005, from Tampa, and Northwest wouldn't take luggage until five hours before flight. Each airport and airline is a little different.

If you are flying Delta out of Tampa, they allow you to check luggage SIX hours pre-flight. I did it last Nov. after my cruise.

why don't you call the airline you are booked with...????
