Finally saw a tv report on this. They kept emphasizing that the water was like hitting concrete from the height he fell. Has anyone cycling the ocean through pumps with water softeners? ;)

Something sure is fishy (other than the rescue - lol), but.... it sure does not seem to make sense that a kid that pretends to drink, and pretends to sleep is the only "evidence" in a case against this guy.

 

Maybe he is bad, maybe not. Who really knows? In any event, his life is about to change for the bad, real bad. Even if he is totally innocent.
