If our flight out on Sunday isn't until 6:00 pm and we disembark at 9:00/10:00 in the morning, what time should we plan to get to the airport?

 

I don't think that you need to be there any earlier than 4PM. And if you have done check-in on the ship you could probably push it to 4:30-4:45. At least that was my experience for a Sunday 6:45PM flight. We could have arrived at 5:15PM, in fact we did, and had plenty of time.
