Question about Transfers

We booked three pre-nights in Miami before boarding the Navigator Sept. 11 - we booked it all through RCI. Transfers from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotal to the pier three days later are supposed to be included - but I am unsure of where to find them.

 

Do they send us something to give the hotel shuttle driver? We haven't got our info from them yet but expect it any day.

Usually the transfer tickets are in the book when you receive your documents. They are printed out so when you go on the bus you just rip them out and give them to the driver. They say tranfer vouchers on them.
