Under the Casino/Bar?

Hi Everybody,

 

We're sailing next year on the Coral Princess from Vancouver to Whittier. Currently we are booked in cabin P527, a M class cabin. I'm wondering how noisy it will be being under the Casino and Bar? Anybody have any ideas?

 

We're booked there to be close to family that is also sailing but I'd rather have to walk a bit to meet up with them than be kept awake by noises overhead or below us. :confused:

 

Thanks for your help, I'm sure I'll have more questions as the months go on. This is our first time sailing with Princess and our first cruise to Alaska.

As a matter fact we did the Coral Princess last year, Whittier to Vancover and we were on the port side about 524 or 542. Sure we heard some music but very muffled, but no stomping (C&W achey breaky). Not too loud either. Too exhausted most nights to let it bother us. We both sleep heavy. Hope it helps. Plus it's close to the expresso bar in the morning

We are in a similar room on the Island Princess going to Alaska this June. Can you tell me anything else about the set-up? How was the window? What about rocking and seasickness? This is our first cruise and we really do not know what to expect! Do you think we should take earplugs?
