Anyone been on Regal Princess?

Recommended Posts

If anyone has been on Regal Princess - soon to be Pacific Dawn - could you tell us please what are a couple of good decks to stay on?

Looking at decks 8, 9 or 10.... they seem to be about in the middle of all the action. What do you think?

Thanks for any advice.

I think most of your questions can be answered on the Princess forums.

We've been on Regal three times, and they use deck names rather than numbers. I don't know if they will revert to a numbered system when the ship transfers to P&O (Aus). We were on Dolphin, Plaza, and Baja decks.

As with any ship, we generally prefer low and midships. Gross generalization, but cabins on Regal Princess larger than the Princess norm (ship was designed for Sitmar Lines).

WE will be on Regal Princess, Aug 31 to Sydney for the transformation. We are on Plaza Deck, outside, forward.

Will give a review for Pacific Dawners although she will be a little different after the identity switch.
