Tables for 2 on QM2 and QV?

Does QM2 and QV have tables for 2, or was QE2 the only Cunard ship to have these?

We have just returned from QM2 and had requested table for 2. When we checked our table number on embarkation found that we had been put on a table of 6. Went straight to the maitre 'd in the restaurant (1pm) and when we went down for dinner our table had been changed to a table for 2. He is very good and only wants people to be happy. Just check your table when you first get to your cabin. Sorry, stateroom!!!

QV will be more flexible, and therefore the number of places at each table can vary according to demand. Certainly in the case of the Queens' Grill.

 

QM2 has tables fixed to the deck, I believe, which makes her less flexible.

with the little man with us i have asked for a table for two so i don't keep popping out of my seat if need be in front of other guests at my table.
