What part of the island does the ship take port at?

I may have conjugated that incorrectly...but how do you find out what part of an island the ship takes port at?

 

I'm trying to book excursions or find restaurants and it would be great to know how far exactly (taxi fare, etc.). So far Carnival only lists the name of the island, big help.

I havent been to the others, but San Juan is the town/port in Puerto Rico.
