We have cruised 5 times on RC, always in a suite. I'm not sure if we were ever contacted before cruising but I honestly can say that we have never been denied anything we have asked the concierge for. Tickets,

Spa Appts. etc. are easily obtained by the concierge for you. We usually just go straight to Chops/Portofinos as soon as we board and make reservations for the nights we want (usually 3 or 4 nights). We also have never had a problem booking excursions after we board with the concierge. We are not good "pre planners" so this is always extremely helpful especially since we only cruise during Spring Break which tends to be really crowded.

I'm on the Explorer this Friday in a GS. Haven't heard from Ricky yet. I'll only be at work till Wed, which is the email they have. I wonder if I should write him? Sure he's busy. Do you have the email address? thanks.
