Has anyone stayed at this hotel? It received great reviews on trip advisor.

booked two day's prior to our cruise in nov. so on the 6th i'll watch the serenade come in a little hint is to get a room on the 3rd or 4th floor when you arrive you have to walk up the stairs to check in upon check in you will recieve room key this will opperate the elevator reviews wher the same here look lower on this section
