RCI Rhapsody or Carnival Spirit

I need to have some input. I love Carnival and really want to take the Spirit on May 21,2008. With the past guest rate and $100 OBC $777pp. The flights will run about $425pp. It has more ports. Vancouver to Alaska. Or the Rhapsody of the Seas on May 23,2008. About $808pp, flights closer to $225pp less ports and r/t Seattle. I would save about $400, but is it worth it? Help!

There really isn't much comparism, to a round trip and one way. Are you able to add some time in Alaska, if you take a one way??? Highly recommended.

Overall, Carnival is better, you are not likely to get within view of the Sawyer Glacier, at the end of Tracy Arm, with RCI. If that is your choice, and want to see glaciers, be sure to add touring to include some. Round trip Seattle is also less scenic sailing compared to Carnival, expect essentially 2 sea days.
