Tropi Rock FLL ???

Looking at places to stay for a post cruise one night stay. I want something walking distance from the beach, under $100, preferrably with free shuttles, December 10th. The Tropi Rock has that criteria but no shuttle. Has anyone stayed there recently and recalls a cab price to/from port or to/from FLL? Any other suggestions at a good price, upfront, not priceline or hotwire?

Im seeing a rack rate of $76 when I checked Trip Advisor, and a rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 which isnt bad. Looks like a good area (I used to live in S. Florida) and a good price to me for that time of year. If you can get a better price, Id say go for it. I do see its a couple blocks from the beach, but well within walking distance.
