blmcdps Posted September 7, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2007 Why would my travel documents that came in the mail today say I booked thru travelocity when I booked my cruise thru Southwest Airlines. Disney is also showing it booked thru travelocity.
cot427 Posted September 8, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2007 Maybe that is the travel center that Southwest and Disney use. Other than that, no idea.
Sue L Posted September 8, 2007 #3 Share Posted September 8, 2007 Southwest airlines is partnered with Travelocity, so that is the reason it says that on your docs.
blmcdps Posted September 8, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted September 8, 2007 shouldn't southwest tell their customers they are actually booking with travelocity.
Sue L Posted September 8, 2007 #5 Share Posted September 8, 2007 shouldn't southwest tell their customers they are actually booking with travelocity. I tried seeing on the site if I saw it anywhere but I didn't . Though I have been on Travelocity numerous times and recognized the format of the site immediately but that is the only link I could find.
Coralc Posted September 8, 2007 #6 Share Posted September 8, 2007 Probably they should inform customers. :) But now we all know and didn't know before, so I am glad you posted the information. :D The airlines all have "Cruise Bookings" available, it might be possible to skip yet another layer between you and the cruise line. Thanks.
