Livingston, Rio Dulce and Las Escobas

There will be a group of 6 or 7 of us and we are interested in doing all three:

There will be a group of 6 or 7 of us and we are interested in doing all three: Livingston, Rio Dulce, and seeing the falls (swimming) at Las Escobas. We are in port from 8:00-6:00pm (usually have to be back on board by 5:30). Does anyone know how we can do all 3 or if it is even possible? What price??
