Buying Prescription Drugs in Cozumel

We have gone to the Rio Grand Valley in Texas and crossed over to Mexico several times in order to purchase prescription drugs at greatly reduced prices. Has anyone done this in Coczumel and if so what pharmacies have you used?

To clarify...just heart meds and arthritis meds...nothing controlled

We have bought antibiotics in Cozumel and Belize and have had no problems. There is a sign in Belize pharmacy, Viagara: 30 pills for $90 or 1 pill for $4. I've often wondered how many orders they get for a single pill?:confused:

Thanks Clackey for ur response. I have done some searching and it seems that the prices there are not as competitive as the Rio Grande Valley so I guess when we hit the donut hole next year with drugs we'll either make a trip to Texas or go online to Canada.

The one time I checked (just because I was curious) in Cozumel...a ZPac was $50.00. Where in Belize a Zpac was $15.00. Big difference.
