Have you taken other Grand Circle Trips before ?

 

We did their Ancient Egypt & The Nile River in April and were pleased enough to try another and use those Past Traveler Credits. We spoke with others in Egypt who liked GCT's Holland & Belgium in Bloom and they were very high on Bruges as well. You should enjoy it. We have previously spent a week in fascinating Amsterdam and decided to pass on the pre and post trips since we will be going back to Europe in September. Dennis

Yes we have traveled with GCT on three previous river cruises ,this will be our fourth. Have traveled with two other river cruise companies on european cruises and have found that GCT offers exactly what we wanted-good prices, exellent tours and ship facilities, friendly service. We have never been disapointed with any of their services.We were looking for a company that provided a relaxed way to enjoy river cruising and we found it in GCT.

Not on your cruise, but a reminder...

In case you arrive back in Amsterdam on Apirl 30, the city will be overcrowded...

It is Queen's birthday and lots of people will come to the city.

Public transport is almost impossible, cabs will have to make a detour if you have made reservations in a city-center hotel.

Tom317: Appreciate your opinions about GCT and their River Cruises. Hope ours lives up to those standards.

 

Ine : Thanks for the heads-up about April 30 in Amsterdam. Our particular trip ends in Brussels on the 30th and we will be flying non-stop back to Atlanta from there. Hope the Queen has a happy, warm Birthday surrounded by beautiful tulips ! ;)

our first river cruise was with gct last year and we had a wonderful time. we did the vienna to amsterdam trip and are hoping to book on the rhine and mosel in 2008, also to use our travel credits. cant compare with any other line other than the big ships. we did pcl med trip in 2006 and it was great but rather rushed each day. ill take the river cruises any day.
