you can probably book it through shore excursions. You did not say what cruise ship you will be on. I know RCI offers it as an excursion.

When we went on the screaming eagle it was a Princess excursion. They picked us up right at the dock in Havensight. The last time we were in St. Thomas it was not offered but I did see it at a small dock next to our ship in Crown Bay. I can't remember the price as it was almost 3 years ago. If you go make sure you are prepared to get very wet. We had to get back on the ship to change. Oh and bring a towel and leave it with the crew who stay at the dock.
