Voyager 12/8/2008 ?

Has anyone heard that this is charted or in dry dock? It has disappeared from their site and other sites as well.

My TA's website shows it in dry dock.

We were booked on this, and found it had disappeared from the schedule.

Called Regent, and it is going into drydock.

Did they offer you a deal. We are booked on it too.

It is my understanding that they will offer some sort of future benefit. Regent said they would let my TA know what it will be.

This is the 2nd time we have been bumped from the Voyager and once from the Diamond. The offers are good but they have a short expiration. Plus they have held our deposit that could be used on another cruise

Actually I heard yesterday from my TA. Regent will refund the deposit, or give $250 per person credit to another cruise to be taken before Dec. 31, 2009.

That seems fair to me.

So they get to keep your deposit all that time? Or, if you don't take the offer, they just return your deposit? Doesn't sound very fair to me. I would have thought they would refund your deposit *immediately*, and give you a coupon for the future cruise credit. That is perhaps what you meant, and if so, then it sounds fair.

I gave you the information I received. I do not know if they intend to keep the deposit for the next cruise or return it now. Given the small amount of the deposit and the fact that we will take another cruise with them by Dec. 31, 2009, I really don't care.

We were really not inconvenienced by the cancellation, and have booked Seabourn instead.

I received a fax today from Regent about the dry dock. They will refund our deposit and give us a future cruise credit of 250.00 p/p Categories C to H and Categories MS to B get 500.00 per person. This offer is valid until 12/31/2009

Oh dear, we are booked on the Voyager the week before... Dec. 1 thru 8... Should I be concerned that the offerings, service will not be up to par because of dry dock being the following week? Will they skimp on supplies because they don't want anything to go to waste in drydock?

Regent is not know for skimping. They offered to put us on your sailing but we wanted a 10 day. Deeper Eastern. You shouuld be fine.
