Jogging allowed now?

Can anyone tell me if jogging is still allowed on the promenade decks early in the morning on the Sun class ships? I heard that they had now stopped it but I can't get it confirmed. I have asked the travel agent that I booked through and they couldn't tell me and Princess are not much help either!

I doubt if they have changed it as there are cabins directly underneath one section of that deck. I am sure that is what caused the rules to be changed. Nothing like waking up early in the AM to thump thump thump as a jogger runs over the deck above every few minutes. I would not count on an early morning jog on the Sun Class ships.

Does anyone know how long the jogging track on the Sports deck on Caribbean Princess is? Will they allow you to run on the Promenade deck since there's no cabins below? I know you have to go up to the Emerald deck near the front of the ship but I'm sure it would be a lot fewer laps for a mile.

The Fitness Center had an organised jog for 1mile every morning at 7.0AM on the promenade deck,Sun Princess May 2004.
