paracal Posted September 9, 2004 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2004 Any tips on shore excursions between Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale? The ship leaves on 9-29-04 and I'm looking for advice -- pro or con. Thanks.
doone Posted September 9, 2004 #2 Share Posted September 9, 2004 If you stop in Costa Rica, I would highly recommend the Torteguera (sp) canal excursion. I did this excursion in Costa Rica this past March and aboslutely loved it.

Yknot Posted September 16, 2004 #6 Share Posted September 16, 2004 My wife and I are going to Tikal from Puerta Quetzal, Guatemala. Quite pricey, but once I saw some pictures of the place, I had to go. You gotta get up early and be ready to leave as soon as they dock at 6:30.
