Don't know that they'll rent it to you

but there are guys that'll take you for a spin.

 

If the operators are sufficiently satisfied that your Dude knows his stuff

he may get at the controls for awhile

but yes they are around, usually on the West Coast

but that doesn't necessarily exclude the South Coast!

 

Depends on what sea conditions are like, on what coast
