On/Off Priviledges

Can anyone tell me if there is On/Off priviledges in Tampa. We set sail on Sunday on the Veendam for a Christmas Cruise and have a lot of items to carry on with us. We have carry-on bags with our essentials(medicine, passports, bathing suits, etc) Christmas presents(too expensive to put in checked baggage) lots of wine, water and soda. My DH seems to think that he can get on the boat with a load and then go back on with a second load. Is this possible?

Thanks for your help!!!!!!!

No problem so long as he allows enough time to do so.

Many passengers spend that afternoon in home ports, after checking in/boarding. Make sure your husband has his cabin key ID with him and he can reboard without having to check in again.
