rdytocruz Posted January 23, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2008 How much does Carnival charge as a deposit for a 5 day cruise? I want to go on the next blogger's cruise but money is tight as we are going on the Freedom in the Med May 10th and adding 8 days on land. I hate to tie up a lot of extra money right now for a deposit. I sure wish Cruise Critic would do a group with a $25.00 deposit for the next Blogger's cruise. I AM going on that one. Love John Heald. Rosebud5t Posted January 23, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2008 What I do to make sure there's no question about how much is due and when, is go to the Carnival site and go through the booking process. You can get to the last step and it'll tell you how much the deposit is and the exact date the rest of the money is due. If you don't want to book it, just start over with another booking or close it out. It only takes a few minutes and gives me a lot of peace of mind to be able to plan. ~Tammy :)
