Looking for waterfalls

Hi everyone, making last minute decisions about which itinerary to book, looking for excursions with waterfalls, not dunns river size more in the jungle or rainforest type. Maybe ones you could possibly get wet in, one with horseback riding or atv type tours would be great. Thanks ahead of time for any suggestions. Will also post in roatan, belize, jamaica, and cozumel those are possible itinerary stops also. Going in Dec 08

Grand Cayman has no natural fresh water and the highet elevation is like 50 feet, so not going to find any waterfalls there.

Close. Yes, we have some fresh water, but no rivers and certainly no waterfalls unless you count the decorative artificial 10ft high one at the Botanic Park.

 

Highest point in Grand Cayman is 63 feet at The Mountain in North Side. I lived less than a half mile from there for years and never realized the significance.

 

Highest point in the Cayman Islands is about 110ft at the Bluff on the east tip of Cayman Brac. The bluff plunges into the sea, providing a dramatic land's end.

Not that this will help you on your current cruise but if you want to see Waterfalls I highly recommend "The Road to Hana" in Maui. It has hundreds of falls and they are gorgeous and Huge! Just a FYI if you are ever in Maui.
