Can anyone tell me when the two formal nights are on the 8 night Eastern Caribbean cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale? We are sailing Feb 2, and would like to reserve a table at Chops...but not on the formal nights.

The 1st formal is usually the 2nd night--it will depend when the 2nd one is--usually another sea day. The info will be in the Compass that you find in your cabin when you board. Then, you can decide which night will work for you, and go to Chops and book!
