Go to HAL's web site. You will have to create an account, ie your e mail account and password. When logged in, go to for booked guests. click check-in. complete the check-in and you will have the info you want, I HOPE. hope this helps

Hi:

We are booked on Oosterdam Aug 2 in Alaska. How do you look up your booking (reservations) on the website? It wont let me register. Feeling like an outcast here. Any HAL veterans with the key?

Thanks,

Jim.

I tried to (re) register by clicking login and following the directions. A message stated that my request couldn't be processed ad to try again later. When I tried again later, a message popped up that my username was already taken! I had been registered when it said I hadn't.

Once registered click on "For Booked Guests" and enter your last name and booking number.

Good luck!

Doug
